Buying Guide

When choosing a support pillow for lower back pain, focus on:

• Material: High-quality memory foam offers the best support.
• Cover: Look for breathable and washable fabrics.
• Straps: Adjustable straps help the pillow stay in place.
• Size: Measure your chair to make sure the pillow fits well.
• Return policy: Choose sellers with easy returns in case it doesn’t suit you.

Many beginners overlook the importance of adjustable straps—without them, pillows often slip and become useless. Also, don’t ignore the cover quality; cheap covers can trap heat and cause discomfort.
